Bad roommate situation

My daughter's roommate is attempting to get a TRO on me for trying to help protect my daughter from a battery which occurred four days ago. She is making up bogus claims of harrassment and stalking which have never occurred. How do I fight this. She has already filed the petition and has a OSC hearing scheduled for next week.

You fight it by filing proper Opposition pleadings and going to the hearing to argue your position.
