Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Bench Warrent
I have a bench warrent out for not attending some (The final DUI Class) and community service issues. I -REALLY- want to get this taken care of, and I'm working to save up money so I can pay it off in full (in lieu of community service) but I'm scared if I go in I may have to go to jail. If I go in and appear in court myself, is this a possibility? I'm tired of hiding from my DUI and would -really- appreciate the help.

Re: Bench Warrent
The sooner you deal responsibly with this, the sooner you get the warrant recalled. If you go to court, there IS a chance the judge will take you into custody, and force you to bail out at great expense. Get an attorney to handle it properly for you. Feel free to contact me.
