Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Blocked CD account.
I'm now 18 and am able to redeem my CD. I however, found out that I have to go to court for an ''order of funds from a blocked account'' documents. MC-357 and MC-358 is what they're called. I did that and found out that my case was settled out of court and dismissed. So I was told I had to get another document that will reopen my case and when accepted to bring back the MC documents. They then told me I had to research for the document myself at a law library, but I have no clue where to start. How do I do this and if you can tell me, what document do I need? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Re: Blocked CD account.
Your description means a minor's case was settled, the funds were put in the block account per the rules. Now you simply need to apply for an order from the probate court that supervised the account. If this is in SoCal court, feel free to contact me for the legal help you'll need.
