Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
if i bought a car and my husband used his dads car as trade in but we thought about this after the fact we cant afford it the father wants the car back ,car place said they would give back car and add back that fee to cost of car but we are binded by contract to keep car we cant afford it bought it without thinking things clearly dont we have the right under buyers remorse?they say they wont take car back its ours now.help me please

You have no 'buyers remorse' rights. If you can negotiate a cancellation of the contract, out of the goodness of their hearts, so be it.
