children under 18yrs of age- mnrs.

Is it legal for children to be questioned,and also to be pulled out of class room during schl-by local shrf-without a parent being noteified?Questions in regards to being miss treated by one parent are thy other?

Not only legal, but legally required upon notice from the school. Sounds like someone is about to be arrested, or the child(ren) taken into state custody, or both. Feel free to contact me if interested in hiring counsel to defend these charges and actions, if in SoCal.
