I have a Civil case. A woman claims I stalked her at her place of emloyment. I have never met this woman. She claims I have followed her in her place of empolyment. This is not true. She also claims I left notes on a car she drives. I never did this. What is my best defense?

The truth coming out. Pray. If it is her word versus yours, you have a problem. She has to prove her case, but a jury could believe simply her word, so can an employer. Defense to such case could involve witnesses placing you elsewhere, witnesses who heard her admit to fabricating the claims, etc. If you have been named in a lawsuit, hire an attorney. If you are fighting a termination, hire an attorney.
