Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

civil rights

I live in an apartment complex and the security guard knocked on my door and told me to quiet down. However I found this odd because I had no music on, no guests over and my TV very low the same level as every night. Now this has never happened before and Ive never gotten a complaint from a neighbor. Even when I have been crazy loud and thought I might, it has never happened. And I see my neighbors every day. Also I have lived here for six months. So I think the guard was just passing by and heard something and just decided to knock and tell me to keep it down even though there was no problem.

So my front window was open as it almost always is and the guard asked me to close it.

Here is my question. What are my options?

Can I pull a gun on the guard and tell the guard to fuck off?

Can I make the guard prove a complaint?

I guess my biggest problem is Im sick of feeling like I have no rights and anyone with a uniform can tell me what to do with no real reason.

Re: civil rights

Pull a gun like that and go to jail for 'brandishing', assault, terrorist threat, etc. Not a bright idea. Better would be to complain to mgmt and resolve this responsibly.
