How do I help a clients family get a conservertorship?

I have a mentally ill homeless client whose family is trying to get conservertorship over him. How do I direct them?

Check out this link for the Conservator's Handbook. It might give you some ideas. Generally, there's a forms packet you can get from any superior court.
