Could a company share criminal record with their employee?

They probably wouldn't share their criminal record, and if the company has a criminal record, maybe you don't want to work there.

Maybe what you are asking is whether the company is obligated to share the results of a "background check" done on an employee. Yes, they are. Write them a letter.
