can cops patrol indian casinos
A friend of mine was gambling inside an Indian casino when two officers came up to him and started questioning him and asking him to come with them. He was winning at the time so he told them that he wouldn�t because he has not done anything wrong. This went on for a few min they were saying to him that they thought he was under the influence 11550 H.S. when he got up to leave they used there stun gun on him and put hand cuffs on him. Three hours later after a ride to the hospital, and the next towns jail they let him go with a notice to appear and a inmate booking record he was never told he was under arrest and did not give them the urine sample the keep trying for. My question is can local peace officers patrol Indian casinos and was he in the wrong for trying to express his rights? They notice to appear charged him with 11550 H.S. &148 P.C
P.S I dont feel that my tax dollars should be paying for the casinos policing Is there any kind of recource he can do in this matter?

Recourse? Yes; hire an attorney and defend against the criminal charges like anyone else arrested. Good luck.
