How can I get prepared to answer in a proper way at a court hearing for a restraint order that I filed against someone who is threatning and harrasing me?

Re: court hearing

By learning the law and how it applies to the alleged violation and facts you are claiming, and by preparing a 'checklist' to remind you to fully and effectively present and argue the case to the court to demonstrate the RO is needed. If you aren't experienced and effective at doing so, and if the RO is important to you, consider hiring an attorney to help you. Feel free to contact me if serious about doing so.
