Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Damages/Remedy?
I have filed a case with the Federal Office of Civil Rights, I have completed the informal process and now I im in the formal process. The are requesting that I submit a package on what I am seeking (remedy). Is there a place where I can research how to figure out what compensation I am seeking

Re: Damages/Remedy?
No.
An Attorney experienced in the area would work with the client to figure out the provable financial damages, if any, and would guesstimate what a jury might award to that particular plaintiff, based upon all the facts, that plaintiff's appearance and 'jury appeal', statistics on awards in that county, the assets and attitude of the defendant, etc, etc.
If and when you conclude you will have to file suit and pursue litigation to recover any reasonable amount in your case, feel free to contact me when ready to get the legal help you'll need.
