Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

I have to deal with verbal and physical sexual harrassment on my job. I reported it to the owner but his solution is not acceptable to me. So now what? I lose my job and since I live with these people as well, they will not be friendly to me any more.

"I have to deal with ..." No you don't.

Federal and CA laws protect employees from illegal discrimination and harassment under the civil rights categories. You should immediately hire an attorney, and under his guidance file a Complaint with the Dept of Fair Employment and Housing. If serious about doing so, feel free to contact me to discuss the facts and qualifications in this case.
