Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

dismissed case

My attorney went to the judge in my law suit and had my case dismissed without telling I was suing M.T.D bus for refusing to allow me on the bus based on my disability I was told I had to go to a special pick up point for the disabled in witch nither the driver nor the supervisor new where this stop was just that I could not board at the stop I was at pointing to the bus sign saying we don't pick up people like you. I had a good case and this bus system treats the disabled rudely this has been going on for the last eight years that I know of this. MTD should have been taken to trial but my attorney wouldn't work the case he just sleep walked through the case and then walked away.

Re: dismissed case

If you case is dismissed voluntarily, a new attorney might be able to get it re-opened, or re-file a new complaint; check it out. If you think you can show improper conduct by the attorney, you can bring such claim through the State Bar or file suit. Do either of those only after consulting with an attorney to see if you actually have a valid claim.
