Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

Disturbance of Peace Law

Hello, I live in the san fernando valley Southern California and have a question about the disturbance of peace law. My boss is an owner of a company called the Acasola House LLC which owns the house he and a couple other people are living in. The police have been called to the house many times because the neighbors call each time there is a party. My Boss would like to know as the homeowner how will he be affected the next time the police come. If he is not present at the house at the time of the party will he still be the one who is cited? Because the house is owned by the company does that mean he will not be fined? He basically wants to know exactly what will happen to him as the home owner when the cops come again and decide to cite him. How can he get around this problem? Thanks you very much for your time.

Re: Disturbance of Peace Law

"Get around this problem?" By getting rid of the problem occupants, or making them behave properly. If he doesn't, he will end up cited into court for a criminal nuisance charge, as the owner.
