Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

I am in a divorce that the X stole all property while I was living in UTAH working for 8 months. When I returned she has allowed kids living in the garage to steal all my tools and property in the garage. Over 400 Items stole, everything I ever owned. So it was two kids that I know of that are now both over 18. I want to file a civil suit against them and also my X. I made a police report but he said that I needed to cover it in the divorce. But the divorce will not cover the 2 18 year olds that stole everything. Can I file a seperate suit on this issue. Torrance California. X and 2 kids?

You should sue the ex and also sue the two kids in the same lawsuit. That way, they can point the finger at each other and you will find out the truth about what happened to your property, and you will only have one filing fee for one c ompalint. Go get em.
