Eminent domain
''If my property was already for listed for sale on the market(by owner)long before any condemnation action has been taken...could this prevent the city from filing an eminent domain(that is without paying our price listed for?)

That listing has nothing to do with the government's 'right' to take, or payment. You have a process to go through to fight the taking, and to establish the value if they do. Contact me if interested in doing this right.
