Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Employee signs personal guarantee
While working for a corporatoin I unknowingly signed a personal guarantee for services. The corporation is now disolved leaving unpaid bills. I am now being sued. How can I get out of this. Signature requested was for a corporate officer which I was not.

How do you get out? With difficulty and legal expenses. Either you convince the plaintiff to let you out, or you file appropriate motions seeking a court order doing so. If you don't know how to do so, get counsel who does. Feel free to contact me if serious about doing so.
Re: Employee signs personal guarantee
I would need to review the guarantee to give further information (which will do for free). The only thing that immediately appears as viable is some sort of fraud or counter suit against others in the corporation.
