Eviction

My daughter and baby moved in with me ca 8 months ago. She doesn't work and is verbally abusive towards me. I told her to move out.....but she refuses. She is not on my lease and I never gave her a key to my apartment. What can I do to get her to move out???

If she is an adult, you can toss her out without resorting to formal eviction procedings, she has no right to force herself there. You could call the police, but I doubt they will help. Change the locks while she is out. Assert yourself. You're supposed to be the adult in charge.
