executive of estate
Can the executive of estate of my grandmother's will throw me out of my grandmother's house if my grandmother is alive and the executor thinks we are nottaking care of my grandmother?

Of course. He might have to get a court order to do so, or call the police if appropriate, but he sure could if it is her desire, or his decision in her best interests.
