I have an existing Judgement case due to the amount I owe before from a Card Company.. Can I travel outside U.S.A. even with this lawsuit?

As far as I can tell from your question, you are free to travel anywhere you like -- as long as you don't use the credit card on which there's a judgment. A judgment should not hold you back from pursuing your interests and enjoyment. Remember, though, that a judgment collects interest each year, so it's best to address it sooner, rather than later.
