An expired driver license
I have an expired CA driver license but I also have an International Driver License and I just had a car accident about 4 days ago. Can I get suspended for it whether or not the accident is my fault? How long would I get suspended for? And if I want to renew my driver license, how long do I have after it expired to renew it?

There may be a 'grace period' after expiration, so get yourself to DMV immediately, to avoid compounding your problems.
