Expungement from state Index - CA

What are the chances of having your name removed from the Index after a supported child neglect case has been reversed and dismissed? Have there been any successful challenges to this in CA?

Chances? Pretty good, but nothing is guaranteed. It requires following proper procedure and motion practice is all. That is, if you are talking about 'real' reversal on appeal or motion or negotiated agreement with prosecution, not merely 'expungement'. If simply expunged, the record remains, and you'd have a much more difficult time obtaining a court order upon proper showing of legal grounds.
