Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

i had a falling out with a neighbor, ive been told she is psycotic, someone called my daughters school posing as me, and threatened to kill the school principal, now they have put a restraint order on me. they will not try to trace the incoming call. i am the victum but being treated as the criminal. please help

Your remedy is/was to properly fight the restraining order in court. If you are still at the Temporary RO stage, with a hearing pending, do so quickly and properly.

If the Permanent RO has already been ordered and entered without you effectively fighting it, you will need to hire an attorney to investigate, determine what proof exists for your 'innocence', and bring an appropriate motion in that court to set aside the RO and obtain a 'factual innocence' finding that you can use.
