Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
I was falsely accused of a crime on march 1st 2010.
I was detained for four days and when I went to
court they dismissed all the charges. As a resuilt, any time you
google my name a fugitve watch ad appears with my name and an
account of the incedent appears. All employers google potential
hires and I currently can't find employment. Do I have a defamation
law suit ?

No. Govt agencies and agents are immune from such suits.
