my family is being harassed by social workers and cops because of a strock calling them saying that we are hurting the kids this has been happening for a year how can we stop it all

You are not going to 'stop it' until DSS concludes you are not a risk or threat to kids. The more you object and 'offend' them, the worse it is going to get. If they do charge you and take you to court, feel free to contact me for the legal help you are going to need to protect your parental rights, or defend you in criminal court.
