Re: family

If an executor is improperly handling an estate, the heirs and family can seek a court order to remove and replace the executor. Consult with an attorney local to the probate court where this action is. He may be able to straighten out the situation without having to file in court. If this case is in Southern California courts, feel free to contact me if serious about getting such legal help.

Re: family

Would need to know more facts. But, if you are a natural heir, or named in the will, the executor should give you a copy of the will, etc. If you suspect something is not on the up and up, you should consult a lawyer. If the will is being probated in the Bay Area/N. California, feel free to contact me. Gordon Fauth, [email protected].

Depending on the property and/or amount to which you believe you're entitled, it might be wise to get an attorney in California.
