Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Federal civil rights law
Is there a statute of limitations on federal civil rights offenses? For example, if I believe that the federal government violated my civil rights approximately 20 years ago, which has caused me great harm, has the statute of limitations run out on this event?

It would have been preferable if you had mentioned the 20-years-ago aspect of your problem the last two times you asked your question so that my time would not have been wasted.
