Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

If you file a Civil Complaint in U.S. Federal Court, in ref. to Violation of Civil Rigjts. The Courts could take months to screen your Complaint. Is there a motion or form that you can file for the court to screen it sooner if others or you are in immediate danger. I know Prisoners have a form or motion they can file if they are in immediate danger. Is there a motion or form for civilians that are not locked up but are in immediate danger of there there life. Motion or Form that I can file to screen the Complaint sooner then normal?

"Screen"?

No, and you clearly do not understand Federal court procedure or rules. That is going to lead you into serious problems in court.

If you have an actual emergency that would justify obtaining an ExParte order of some kind, you can file that Petition and have a hearing on it.

If serious about pursuing this case, and assuming it has actual merit and value, you should hire counsel who knows how to handle it without it being damaged or even dismissed for failure to follow all the rules. If serious about doing so, feel free to contact me.
