Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

i was financing a car that began to give me alot of problems i was even fired from my job because of the problems that the car gave me i had trouble getting to work so not being able to afford the car anymore i tried to return the car and the dealer refuses to take it back unless i pay them $400.00 and they refused to reinburst me for money that i should have not spent because of their iresponsability and refused my services to the waranty that came along with my contract. what should i do?

If the vehicle was sold as is, you might be stuck with the lemon. If there was a written warranty, then an attorney might be able to help you enforce the agreement, or you could bring a small claims lawsuit seeking reimbursement for the repairs or the value of the vehicle.

If for $400 you can buy out from under a loan commitment on which you could be sued, you should jump on that. Make sure you are actually getting relief from that loan obligation.
