Where can I find an attorney that will go up against municipalities

I have a civil rights case in litigation against a few county and city employees. My current attorney, I recently found out was suspended and is currently on probation for doing exactly what he has done to me. He deliberately has not filed paperwork the judge over this law suit has demanded he file, causing one of the defendants to be dismissed, soley because of my attorneys negligence. Where can I go to find an attorney that deals with civil rights issues against municipalities? I have found that many attorneys are scared to go up against the system. Also where can I look to see other cases against municipalities?

Scared to 'go against the system'? Probably not, but either inexperienced and unwilling to take the risk, or experienced and realize case problems. Contact me to discuss, so I can see if you actually have a valid government claim based case worth pursuing. You also may have a malpractice case if the attorney damaged an otherwise valid case.
