Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

I was forced to acccept a case 20 yrs ago due to a domestic argument which landed me the title of "Sex offender". I was informed that because of my homeless state, I am able to receive SSI. Is it possible for a homeless sex offender to receive SSI

Go apply and find out. You have nothing to lose. I doubt that prevents you from getting benefits.
