Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Is there any way to get a free lawyer if i go to court in the state of ca? If so how would I go about getting one?

Criminal defendants who qualify financially are entitled to appointment of the Public Defender. Ask the judge at your first court appearance. There is no right to appointed attorneys in civil cases. Hire your own.
