Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

Freedom of Speech

My daughter was not allowed to pass out gift bags to her class for Easter because the bags had crosses displayed on them. Is this legal or is there some violation. I just want ti have knowledge on the matter bacause I plan on having a meeting with them regarding this subject.

IT's a blatant violation of her rights, and grounds for suit. Feel free to contact me if interested in taking action, including demand for remedy and policy change, all the way through lawsuit.
