Garnighment order

I have want to recover costs for a civil suit against the defendant but i have two problems.

1. How can recover the costs if he is a PARTNER or An Independent Contractor?? and would an order for garnishment of wages be applicable to him??

2. He is shifted the base to UK, so will the order for garnishment of wages would still be applicable???

(please answer according to California laws and with sections)

If he moved out of country, contact attorneys there to determine what, if anything, can be done that is cost effective. You will certainly spend time and money enforcing your judgment. If you can find his assets in this state, then you could levy on them with a proper writ procedure. If that is the case, feel free to contact me for the legal help you'll need.
