Your's is not the type of case that legal aid entities would normally handle. You need to find an attorney who would take the matter on a contigency fee basis. Most attorneys would assume that a bounty hunter, who gets paid only if he finds a bail jumper, is not going to make the same mistake three times in a row.
Bails bondsmen and their bounty hunters are essential immune from your kind of claims, as long as they have the right person. They are entitled to break into your property, take you into custody at gunpoint, using all necessary force to protect themselves and overcome resistance by you or others. However, IF you were never charged with a crime for which you posted bail with a bondsman, then you are an 'innocent victim' of mistaken identity, and have grounds for a false arrest, false imprisonment, assault and battery lawsuit. IF that is the case, then feel free to contact me to discuss your facts and evidence. That it happened three times with police support makes me quite suspicious that there were valid grounds for their actions. Your story has issues that must be examined. We'll see.
