Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
my ex husband "accidentally" opened his truck door into my face and knocked four of my front teeth out;
There were no witnesses to the incident but, he was very apologetic and swore that he would pay to have them fixed. It cost me $4100.00 to have them repaired. Can I sue him in small claims court for the dental bill?
