Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

if a incident happened in vegas and racially profiled, being told I dealt with people like you before? The incident happened in the lobby of motel 6. I have some of it on my camera. When we walked in we asked for a manager and sat down. A few minutes later the same secueity guard that tacially profiled us at our room. Walked in the lobby and stated that the manager had the day off and he was in charge, he checked us out five minutes ago. Which was strange because we only been there for atleast five muntes. As he was walking me out the building my firend went baack and ask to see the manager and the manger apeared. What do I do if they are not calling back. I have put the video on youtube, my facebook. I don't know what else to do.
