Re: Invalid process serving

You really don't get it, do you?

Hire a lawyer to file a motion for relief from default/judgment.

Do this right away or the judgment will become permanent.

Re: Invalid process serving

You won't. Most of the pleadings required in litigation are 'custom drafted', not 'forms'. If you don't know how to practice law, and aren't able and willing to spend the time and effort to study and learn the civil procedures and court rules, you should hire an attorney to do it for you. Call your local Lawyer Referral Service for names, or if you can't afford counsel, try the Legal Aid office near you.
