Is it legal for a dept. of corrections parole officer to change one's conviction records while the accused is in prison on a parole violation for any reason except to hide there own corruption over their court dealings ?

A parole officer has no power to 'change' a conviction record. Only someone within the court clerk's office would be able to do so. That would leave a 'trail' of computer log-in info. There are obviously computer security safeguards designed to prevent such things from happening. Court and DOJ records are supposed to be immune to such attempts. IF you have actual evidence of illegally made changes, feel free to contact me to discuss your rights and remedies.
