Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

where is the line between management style & religion?

My boss used the L. Ron Hubbard ''Management.'' For several years we regularly used conditions' & followed the steps in the book pertaining to our weekly area statistics - I am not a Scientologist the owners are though - but one day they had me to a condition' I never saw before that had words like ENEMY in it. I refused to do the book but agreed to do anything work related. I expressed I was offended by the steps in the book saying you have to ask permission to come back in to the group and admit you are pretending to be a part of the group but are the same color as an enemy. They assigned me tasks anyway, I did them & as soon as they were all done, they fired me ANYway with the at will way of doing so without giving any reason. Where is the line drawn from management to religion?

When Scientologist employers require employees to adhere to employers' religious practices and theories, they cross the line into discrimination against the employee's religious views, and frequently create a hostile work environment through retaliation for failure to agree and comply, and other issues. I am handling one such case currently. Feel free to contact me if interested in discussing your rights and remedies, and pursuing your claims.
