Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
I live in State of California ...I want to know to what extent does the law state... ok to refuse dental service if already given pre exam then out of blue told go other place for service ??? Is it that easy to deny service to patient for no apparent reason...patient did have set back due to exam xray ---emergency visit due to exagerbatiion of condition

Every business has the right to refuse service, other than for illegal discrimination under the ADA disability, or Civil Rights [age, race, sex, ethnic, religion, pregnancy, etc] statutes. Doctors and hospitals are only prohibited from refusing treatment in life threatening emergencies.
