Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Loss of ethnic heritage a violation of civil rights?
My question is that are my children's civil rights being violated by the Court refusing to acknowledge their loss of ethnic heritage, ethnic identity, and language as grounds for a change of custody that would protect and preserve the same?

You mean someone is trying to take them and educate them out of being Americans? No court would allow that, I would hope. However, if what you mean is that you want the court to order custody simply so that you can Balkanize them into class and race consciousness activists, that is not a basis for a court to act, since that would not be in their best interests in becoming productive citizens.

Interesting argument, hard to prove loss of an intangible. How old are the children? Contact me directly.
