Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
I have the mortgage. I don't have the deed. The house suppose to be sold in 1998. the mortgage was late every month. house worth 250,000 with a 93,000 mortgage. need help

If you mean you were the lender and held a mortgage on a house that was sold in 1998 without paying you, then you are way too late to do anything about it.
