Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

My Mother, has filed her second Petition For Appointment of Guardian for a Minor Person "MY SON", for second time this year. She has only one Grandchild mine. Since she started the proceedings of divorcing her husband for cheating, which he never did, she has become delusional and focused on one thing, Brock my son. The last Petition was denied it contained horrible unsubstantiated lies about myself and my past! The court investigator recommended that the Petition be denied, However; I was backed into a corner because my son said he wanted to live with his Father. He is Emotionally Bankrupt, Physically and Mentally Abusive and he refuses to pay his child support by working cash jobs ONLY.

I gave him temporary Guardianship of my son until school ended. BIG MISTAKE ! My son went from honor roll to EXPULSION the last week of 6th grade. He abused our Son in Every way, not to mention that he neglected to communicate problems that Brock was having @ school. He has ADHD and needs to be medicated.

In June I basically kidnapped my son, with his roomates help.

I lost my job with Lake County Department of Public works because our Stupid Senator decided to keep all the Gas TAX ! That's the money we use to maintain our roads, I am a truck driver (construction). No ONE IS HIRING ! I lost my house, however; I own the 1.5 acres next to it out right. We now live in a fifth wheel, which my WONDERFUL Mother thinks is unsuitable for her precious grandson. She has lost her house and plans to move to LA W/my kid.

What in the @#$%^^&** do I do now? My uncle has paid for a lawyer I, don't have 2 cents to rub together. HELP ME! PLEASE!!!!!!!!
