Motion to be relieved as counsel
My Attorney has filed a Motion to be relieved as my councel. I called the court clerk who could not tell me whether or not the judge will allow me to respond via submitting a document or in the courtroom at the hearing. I am planning on opposing his request.

You're probably wasting your time opposing, unless the trial is close. Plus, why would you want to force the attorney to stay on when he doesn't want too? Do you think he will have his heart in it? Focus on getting new counsel. If it is a legitimate case worth pursuing, feel free to contact me to discuss.
