Negligence
My 4 y/o child suffered negligence in hands of LAUSD Transportation Department. How do I go about doing something, so this does not happen to any other child?
Please help

It will happen to another child. Worry about getting compensation for your own child.

"suffered negligence" doesn't tell us a thing. If you can somehow prove the child was injured by their negligent actions, then you may have a claim, the value of which will depend upon the provable damages to the child.
