Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Nurse scared my and told me I was HIV positive, when in reality I wasn't...
I was at the hospital being induced in labor to have my baby, when the nurse told me my prenatal records showed I was HIV pos., when I really wasn't and it didn't show that, do i have a case?

A case for what? Telling you something in error? What are your damages that would justify filing suit?
