Occupant removal
My son and daughter in law has hit me. I pay all the rent and was told I can't remove them as occupants is this true?

NO. Call the police if you want to report the assault. Kick them out while the police are there. Get a restraining order against them. Feel free to contact me if you want legal help doing this.

You can obtain a domestic violence restraining order keeping them away from you. Certainly, if you're the only one on the lease, you can evict them through legal means.
