Will I get in trouble if I do not show up for a restraining order hearing?

No show = permanent restraining order against you, with the consequence that you will have a record that will bar you from owning firearms, and will affect your employability in many fields. If you have grounds to fight it, do so. Feel free to contact me if serious about doing so, and if the case is in SoCal.
